I have only been to one of my 20 classes, but so far this place is great! The location is a bit out of the way and hard to find, but this just makes for a great environment away from distractions. I went for a yoga class, and it was very relaxing. The teacher is great and very caring towards her students. Because I came on a Saturday morning it was quiet there, but I heard that at times during the week it can get loud with music coming from the gym, so be sure you plan ahead for your preferred level of noise before you go!

Great chance to try a new class or type of workout (TRX, tabata, yoga).... Guessing you'll go back (I have since using my groupon). Cardiyoga on Monday nights is my favorite!!!

360 strong is a great place to work out. The instructors are really great! Just be prepared for a serious workout!

Do as instructed before arriving. Call or email with attached screen shot of voucher to establishment and they will instruct you what you need to do to redeem this properly
