Friendly staff and clean facility. I received a warm welcome during my first visit. I suggest arriving at least 20 mins early to find parking, sign waiver forms, and find a space for your yoga mat. I’ll definitely be back to practice here again.

When I bought this Groupon, I was excited and terrified at the same time. I wanted to challenge myself. The idea of being in a hot room doing yoga made me feel somewhat claustrophobic. After researching tips and applying them to prepare for my first class and meeting Mathias and having him as my 1st Bikram instructor, I had an amazing experience. If you enjoy yoga & challenges, this is great!
