My private sessions with Lisa were amazing! I am running the Honolulu Marathon this year and have no idea how I survived most of my training without her She will push you and it will hurt but it's wonderful to feel the body loosen up and relax Both of the Kapolei and Waipio studios are very spacious and clean Highly recommend!
