Stephanie has a true passion for nutrition and helping people achieve a goal they thought was not attainable. Helping people become healthier is a real feel good feeling.

What do you love most about your job?
Teaching people healthy eating habits and how to make a lifestyle change, not to feel like you're on a diet. Also teaching people how to lose weight and keep it off forever.
