I purchased a Groupon for a window tinting service and scheduled an appointment in advance. On the day of, I called to confirm the pricing, and the owner’s brother also followed up to reconfirm both the appointment and the price. I drove 40 minutes to their location, only to be told by the owner that he would not honor the price listed on Groupon—even after his brother had just confirmed it with me. Instead, I was charged nearly double what I had already paid through Groupon, plus an additional “Groupon tax” fee on top of that. When I questioned the pricing discrepancy, the owner had a very unprofessional attitude and showed no willingness to compromise, even knowing I had traveled a long distance for the appointment. I had initially planned to get additional services done, but given how I was treated, I chose to move forward with just the tinting. Unfortunately, after the service, I noticed bubbling on my rear window tint. When I brought it to his attention, he refused to fix the issue. Very disappointing experience all around—from the lack of professionalism and transparency, to the poor quality of work. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for honest service or quality results

Hello, which location did you go to? We are unsure what "brothers" you are referring to. The owner does not have a brother here. We would like to address your concerns. However, please understand that we try to explain the added fees (like the taxes) in the FINE PRINT.
