Inexperienced hairdresser tried stacking the back of my hair only to leave what looked like a gaping hole. Went back and asked for a refund. They offered same girl to fix my hair, I was astonished and promptly said no and they acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Horrible experience. They did refund me and manager asked if I wanted to refund the tip as well. Seriously!?
