What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Our variety of programs may be good for people from age 4 to 84. We offer classes 7 days per week, including traditional martial arts, cardio-kickboxing​, an a​fterschool program, and our "Train Like a Jedi" program.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I wanted to bring the benefits of the martial arts: fitness, confidence, defense, and empowerment, to as many people as I could.

What do you love most about your job?

I LOVE seeing people succeed, especially in something they never thought they could do. Whether it's a middle-aged dad doing a cartwheel for the first time, or an 8-year-old breaking a board, the realization that they can do it is awesome.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction we get is when someone tells us how training at our school has given them a sense of confidence they never thought possible, and that we have felt like a second family to them.

We absolutely loved the place the organization the theme it’s a great price for the birthday party! Very professional and the kids had a great time! We will be back for sure

I had my son's 10th birthday party here and the staff did an excellent job entertaining them. They kept the kids active and interested. I recommend this facility for classes or a birthday party.
