I dropped my vehicle off for the appointment then went shopping in the mall. I arrived at the end of my appointment only to find that it was not moved and they told me that another person came for the same time slot. They also said that they could not call me because my info was not in their computer and for me to call the main office. When I did no one answered nor could I leave a message.

The upholstery was vacuumed and cleaned ok/mediocre. The interior of the vehicle ended up with spots all over it from what looked like some type of spray. I would not return for any additional services.

I had a terrible experience. I booked my appointment at the Burlington mall location. When I showed up my voucher was instantly redeemed at the exact time I booked the location and never found the place. It took me a long time to get a hold of someone and I was told that location was closed . Yet no one informed. I booked my appt back in June and I still haven’t received my money back.
