We've always used JCPenney Portraits and its always been a wonderful experience, EXCEPT this last one. The photographer is obviously new and doesn't know what he's doing. I had to be the one to direct my family for poses, which should be the photographers job. I'm glad that one other photographer stepped in and helped out with poses and taking better photos.

Our photo appointment was for 530, but the people in front of us were running long. We waited for 40 minutes until we were seen. The photographer was nice enough, but didn’t have any suggestions for poses. My husband and I really had to leave the entire time with our little son. Her camera stopped working throughout the shoot, so a lot of great shots were missed.
