I’m so sorry you feel the need to go on different platforms to write a bad review for us, especially after we apologized repeatedly. As we stated before, we did try to accommodate you and fix your top coat, but you became very angry and aggressive with the technician when she was trying to explain the issue and trying to fix things. you were extremely unpleasant and rude, which was completely unnecessary. you seem to overlook the extra services we did not charge you for that we’re not included in your Groupon service. you insisted on many layers of product on your nails, they weren’t citing properly, but you insisted you knew better than our licensed nail professional. ONE finger did bleed due to having to buff off so much product on the nail. by no means were multiple fingers bleeding. I’m sorry you made the choice to purchase multiple Groupons so far out of your way. we hope you find a salon that caters better to your needs, and hopefully you are more respectful not only to the employees, but to the business and keep your appointments and actually show up in a timely and respectful manner. stay well and thank you for your feedback
