Terrible, the hair dresser Fumiyuku Tahara was extremely rude and I was not happy with my service. He had told me what to tip him when I was holding the iPad and it was very very rude. SO OVERPRICED and not worth it!

Made me wait forever despite having a reservation. They didn’t know what Groupon they sold and kept changing my service person. Definitely create a weird vibe / look down on you / treat you differently than regular clients. Never had such a bad experience with Groupon - if you don’t want clients using it then why are you selling it? Process took over 2 hours just for a regular haircut.

He said he could do the balayage that I asked for in ONE session then when the day came and the groupon was already bought he told me he could not. The color was not even blended correctly. I got a color I did not ask for and on top of that I ended up spending more than $200. Do not come here.
