Staff was very professional and friendly. I especially appreciated the thoroughness of all information they gave. Dr. Baek made me feel so comfortable and I appreciated him sharing the root cause of my pain and how he was going to treat it. I so appreciated him because I've been to orthopedic doctors who explain nothing. They tell you the diagnosis and then tell you what they are going to do to you. I appreciate when someone shows me how I can help myself. I used a Groupon voucher for my first visit. Unfortunately, they don't take my insurance for physical therapy.
I felt a difference from the first visit. At first, I felt a bit tender and a little swollen, but I noticed that the clicking in my knee was greatly reduced after. I would like to return and am considering going out of pocket because he seems worth it.
I only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere. They could use some plants, lol!

I think my 18-month long injury has just been resolved. I felt listened to and my problem was targeted immediately and I feel so much better. Highly recommend.

I recommend this Groupon. The physical therapist evaluated my injury, worked on the injured limb, gave me an E-STIM treatment and taught me an exercise specifically to treat the injury. I've had a twisted pelvis from a freak walking accident for 6 months and he said the injury is "acute" now when my pain experience is probably at a 2-3 out of 10. I was at a 7 for the first 2-3 months. Thank you!!!
