My sister and I purchased deep tissue massages. When we called to make our appointments, we specified that we wanted the deep tissue. The man on the phone tried to dissuade us from getting them stating that the massage hurts and might give us bruises. We reiterated that we wanted deep. When we got to the massage, the masseuses gave us Swedish massages. About 10 minutes in (we were in the same room) we expressed that we had booked deep tissue at which point the masseuses said we had to pay more for that. The Groupon specifically stated it was good for deep tissue, we mentioned it when booking the appointments, and asked the masseuse about it and STILL did not get the service we paid for.
