False advertising: One year of unlimited sessions is not unlimited. You only get 8 sessions.

Dear Kip. In our fine print we mention that it is only 8 session. we also have a contract that you sign before starting the sessions, it is 8 sessions. we give one year unlimited if you miss a month for any reason (you are on antibiotics, sun exposure, on acutance, on antibiotics) we have to reschedule 2 weeks. this will help you keep 8 sessions.

My first session was alright, but I just didn't like the lack of privacy after the session ended while I was getting dressed. The lady who did my laser hair removal was very dismissive. When I asked for a few minutes, she told me to finish in the bathroom because another client was waiting. It felt rude and unprofessional.

We apologize that you did not have a good experience. Since you arrived early, she took you in early; however, because you weren't ready for the session, she kindly shaved the areas as requested, which took some time. When you asked for a break to use the bathroom, that also took 20 minutes, causing your 30-minute appointment to run for an hour. She was running late, and clients were waiting. After finishing the session, she allowed you to get dressed, and when you asked if you could leave your things in the room while you used the restroom, she kindly helped you carry your belongings to the waiting area. Since clients were waiting.

After the second laser hair removal treatment at this location, I started experiencing a lot of irritation that was unusual and eventually formed a hard bump under the skin within 2 weeks of the treatment. I asked for a call back from the esthetician regarding aftercare practices and never received a call back. This was very dismissive and unprofessional. I do not recommend them.

So, I really was on the fence about this review because I don't want to ruin anyone's business. But... the provider got the acid peel in my eye. Not much, maybe a drop, but enough to really hurt. First she tried to dab it away. Then she came back with a cup of water and a paper towel to dab my eyeball with a wet paper towel. Finally I got up and flushed my eyes with water in the sink. Mistakes happen, I understand that. There was too much acid on the pad or whatever they use and it dribbled down to my eye. But the response to the mistake is the problem. When I got home I saw online that the remedy is to flush the eye out with water or saline for 20 minutes. I am concerned that she apparently did not know that or even have a saline wash in case of emergency. Thankfully my eye seems ok. Otherwise the peel went on as expected and results so far are good. So, I'm giving a balanced three stars since the peel itself is going fine. I'm sure this was an one-off situation but I wanted people to be aware on the off chance it happens to someone else.
