My experience at completely bare on Madison Avenue in New York City was great. I changed to Scarsdale since that location is more convenient and closer to my home. My first few experiences there were old but the last two times I went the wax specialist was not good. Specifically my last occurrence. She tried to rip my skin off with the wax numerous times. The wax wasn't ready but she didn't care. I have waxed for over 15 years and this was by far the worst experience I ever had. I have not returned since then and started going to another facility.

The receptionist was rude. The lady who did my brazilian hard wax was nice, but she covered me with baby powder. She said it helped the wax dry faster before peeling it off. What I realized is that they do this to get you in and out faster and fit more people in. I later noticed that she had left patches of hair in certain spots. Neither she nor I could see this because of all baby powder. I was in and out so fast, I felt like I was on a production line in a factory. I will not be going back.

i absolutely love completely bare. i continue to go even after groupon deal. very clean environment and staff super friendly and professional.

In the beginning the experience was good but the more sessions I had, the worst the service became. The technicians had different opinions about what type of laser treatment to provide and disagreed about it right in front of me. So I was getting different information on the phone, in person and in email. I don't have time for that. A company/business should be very clear about how to perform their service. Period. I will never go there agian.
