Empire Martial Arts offers a high-energy, fast-paced kickboxing class for all ages, and all levels of fitness. The class is run by Martial Arts Master Seo. He has over 10 years experience teaching martial arts across the world.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Wear comfortable clothes, and be prepared to have fun and work hard!!!! Don't worry, its all about working at your own level of fitness and at your own pace. Our instructors are there to motivate you and keep that positive energy flowing!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to combine the adrenaline and high-energy of kickboxing with a chance for busy New Yorkers to get fit the fastest way possible!!

What do you love most about your job?
We love the energy that our students bring to class and seeing them grow in their fitness and confidence!
