I paid for the roots + cut women's package, the stylist immediately told me I had to pay 20 more dollars than what I paid because my hair was long. He then washed and began cutting my hair, I asked for a trim, an inch off the bottom. He took off at least 5 inches, my hair was down my back well past my shoulders and now it barely grazes my shoulders. He then said he didn't see that I paid for the root service, and that is actually another 50 dollars more than what I paid. I couldn't get out of there fast enough

$20 extra for a trim is ridiculous when less than an inch of my hair was cut / is medium length. Deal wasn’t that great / saving me any money evej though the stylist did a good job. Place was clean isn’t fancy but I would not come back

This place was okay. But I was charged more in person…..my hair is shoulder length and not thick so why I was charged more, idk. The conditioner treatment was kind of just slapped on and not actually worked into my hair so I feel I didn’t get a good deep condition. Haircut was nice and so was style. Wouldn’t go back though. Misleading prices.
