READ: YOU MUST REDEEM THIS GROUPON in front of the M & M store on 7th & 48th WITH BIG BUS TOURS. IF YOU BUY THIS GO STRAIGHT THERE AND YOU WILL SAVE TIME WITH NO ISSUES. It had to be hand redeemed but was a very simple and quick process. I did the downtown tour but once redeemed you may have option for riding uptown bus as well or doing an upgrade not fully sure as I didn’t try.

Honestly wasn’t worth it, Bus staff isn’t great and not helpful, they said they were provide ponchos if it rained, they don’t, And even if it’s raining bus driver will kick you off very rudely if you’re not seated by the time he pulls off. 0/10 Don’t recommend.

It was a great sightseeing ride!! The weather was a bit nippy but otherwise good trip!! I wish you would do a combo ticket for the World Trade Center observatory!!

The gray line doesnt exists anymore , they were bought by bug bis, so the indication for the place to redeem was wrong , we waisted 40 mn looking for the right one which is by the mms store in times square with big bus first stop ..... , otherwise the tour was good , the audio was great in both french and english.
