I didn't use this voucher. Either somebody stole it from my account or there is something wrong with your system. Or maybe Icon is canceling them. I don't know.

Don't expect to get any satisfaction from Icon Parking customer service if you have an issue at any of their garages. It literally took me four (4) months to get in touch with them about a Groupon parking voucher that one of their garages would not honor. Icon was supposed to reimburse me the cost of my expired voucher against the $50 it cost to park in NYC that day. Instead, I got a response of "we don't do business with Groupon any longer so we're not obligated to honor any expired vouchers." This was not how Icon previously dealt with customer service issues. Too bad. I used to enjoy parking with them.

I wont drive to New York without buying this groupon. Icon parking has so many different garages and makes it super convinient and affordable to park your car in the city.
