Its not your typical reformer pilates, but nice instructors & good workout- weight is heavier than traditional reformer pilates- good workout overall.

I attended Basic Xercizer, Lower Body Excerciser and Hybrid. If you are new to machine pilates, I would recommend attending only Basic. Hybrid has some excercises on the floor, other two were only on machine. Instructors make sure you do excercises correctly. I especially liked Brianna. The place has a locker room, a bathroom and a shower. They provide robes and amenties, incl hair dryer.
