I thought the service was very, very nice! The staff went out of their way to be friendly. Unlike some other salons where a Groupon was used, they didnt treat you second rank. I would definitely go back. I use groupons to find new vendors I like and if within budget I will continue to frequent them.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received here. I would recommend the salon to my friends. My stlist Tiara was super friendly, confident, professional and very knowledgable.

The staff was not that friendly and were busy talking to each other instead of attending the customer. Bad customer service.

By far the WORST haircut I've ever gotten. Person that I was re-booked with although he was very nice and I was told that he was an experienced trained hair stylist in which Jeffrey Stein was hosting an event for...he seemed inexperienced, unprepared (he was borrowing hair tools from another stylist) and not confident in what he was doing. I requested 1/2 inch to MAX 1 inch cut off depending on how my hair tips looked, as well as long layers (I also had a reference picture). Instead he cut a good 3 inches of the length of my hair off & much more in the extremely short layers straight across, basically from cheek to cheek. In short, my hair looks like a bob on top of some long extensions...It is choppy, not blended and unbalanced. I literally have 2 haircuts going on. It is really unfortunate to wait 7 months to be able to get an appt. at this salon and then to not have my hair professionally cut. I feel as though Jeffrey Stein overbooked with Groupon and instead of offering one of their professional hair stylists, decided to bring in hair stylist "students" to practice on Groupon Clients. Definitely would not recommend nor ever return.
