Purchased the 3 times package. Each appt was horrible, they keep cutting your real lashes even when I asked them not to. So much gaps and they fall off. People ask if I got them done for weeks. I asked the lady if she’s proud of her work and spoke to the CS but they don’t care. They treat Groupon customers like we didn’t pay. The pic below is a newly done lash I got Today. Wasted money!!!

The service was excellent. I have very short lashes and was looking for a very natural look. That is exactly what I got! I love my lashes. As an added bonus I was Offered a 10 minute foot massage-complimentary. It was wonderful too. I’ll be back for sure.
