It's a big group, it'd be nice if there was an assistant to help go around and also give pointers. But it was really great!

The class goes fast so you may want to try to take notes as you go along. Great information for a very reasonable price. I have taken two classes and both were excellent!

You can bring ANY camera--I brought my old Canon AE1 and JP gave me special instruction (everyone else was using digital). Don't be afraid to ask what you may think is a dumb question. He is VERY patient, and will repeat anything you don't understand until you "get it."

To get the full value of the class you will need a DSLR, but I got a tremendous amount out of the class with a point and shoot.
