Nick Kenner is the CEO and Co-founder of Just Salad, a fast casual restaurant that aims to make healthy food available to everyone. Since opening their first location in 2006, Nick has grown the brand to over 30 locations worldwide, establishing an international presence with locations in Hong Kong and Dubai. Nick was recognized for his entrepreneurial accomplishments by Inc.’s 30 Under 30 list in 2007 and most recently appeared on Z100 with Elvis Duran.

Dedicated to providing healthy and fast meals, Just Salad offers salads, wraps, grain bowls, avocado toast, and more. They also allow customers to concoct their own lunch from a wide range of fresh veggies, cheeses, proteins, and house-made dressings. The team tosses salads into their exclusive reusable bowls, which the shop encourages customers to bring back on future visits. In return, they receive two free “essential toppings”—such as carrots, cucumbers or quinoa—or one free “premium” topping—such as roasted tomatoes or avocado.
