hey Swetha, photographers are people too, as I’ve explained in my email (with all of your photos, which were doubled in amount because of the delay btw) life circumstances gets in the way, we are not machines, hopefully no one in your life will treat you or your family like this in case something ever happens. as for full price - you had a discounted voucher, you brought extra people, you were half an hour late, rude, and had three outfit changes(!) without discussing it, and continued to push into overtime for more photos without as much as a tip or just a simple thank you. Good luck and thanks for a review, it makes me look like an actual human that has human problems too 😊
