From hibachi meals to donburi rice bowls, there's an extensive selection of Japanese food at Kiku Sushi Japanese Restaurant. The stars of the menu, however, are the signature sushi rolls.
- Hawaii roll: Steamed lobster and asparagus fill this roll, which is finished with slices of fresh mango and avocado, plus the chef's special sauce.
- Diamond roll: Fried oysters and cucumbers are wrapped up in sushi rice, then topped with eel, avocado, tobiko and lobster meat and drizzled with the chef's special sauce.
- Kiku roll: The chef's special sauce garnishes this roll, which sees a soybean and seaweed wrap enveloping salmon, tuna, yellowtail, tobiko, and scallions.
