Business is understaffed, unprofessional and bordering on unethical. They required a SSN, insurance information & a credit card just to book an appointment. And the receptionist isn't qualified to book appointments or verify insurance; you will be called back after business hours (7pm). I asked at least 3 times if they accepted my insurance, before the appointment. A few hours before the appointment, I was told I needed X-rays done in the last 6 months in order to use my groupon for Zoom Whitening. Upon arrival, I was told said X-rays would be $180, and they charge a $30 COVID fee. My dentist, who I saw 1 day prior, didn't charge a COVID fee and they actually do a rapid antibody test (Lambert doesn't). Again I asked: Do you accept my insurance? Reply: the X-rays are $180. Thankfully, I had X-rays/cleaning done the day before. No dentist has ever asked me for X-rays for Zoom Whitening; this should be disclosed in the Groupon. Guess who assisted during the procedure? The receptionist. The only saving grace is Dr. Lambert is extremely personable, but her techniques could use some improvement. She gave me a teaspoon of water and says swish, I'm like it's not enough liquid. Also, my gums were irradiated with ultraviolet radiation, because the "holistic" dentist did not block my gums with the typical protective material used at other practices.

Dr. Lambert made this experience super fun. I was nervous about receiving the zoom whitening procedure because I heard that it’s painful. I have sensitive teeth but this was a piece of cake. The results were amazing. Will definitely be coming back. 10/10

BUYER BEWARE. The Zoom Lambert is offering in this Groupon is NOT the FULL Zoom whitening procedure. The actual treatment is made up of three/four 15-minute sessions of light activation, for a total treatment time of 45 minutes/1hr. Lambert’s treatment is one full 30 min treatment with 1/3 of the whitening gel needed for the full procedure. Don’t waste your time. Get it done the properly.

Unfortunately the worst service I’ve ever gotten, had some results (keep in mind it’s only 30 min and less gel smh) but when I got home they were gone! In 2 hours, I don’t know if it was a layer of pain or sth, but worse part is that I was treated very disrespectful when I was trying to make a complaint about it, young lady called me to be very rude and made me much more upset then before. Bad!
