Lorraine uses her background in food science and psychology when assisting clients to reach their health goals. A complete food intake analysis of carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, and minerals is used to to create an individual meal plan that also suits a persons needs and lifestyle.

What do you love most about your job?
I find it most rewarding seeing people change and become happier. When I see people smiling coming into my office I know that the food changes they have made is impacting their life in a positive way.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
After seeing a client twice, she thanked me for changing her life. Her skin problems cleared up and arthritis pain in her chest decreased. This was achieved by making changes to her diet and paying attention to the hidden ingredients in food. This can make significant changes to ones health.
