I had 20 units of botox,but no results, my botox did not make any difference in my face.still like I did no have nothing than,

I booked a Groupon for a 60-minute buccal lymphatic facial and a 60-minute lymphatic compression massage, which was advertised as a combination service. My appointment started around 2:15 PM and ended around 3:05 PM, and the treatment mainly consisted of about 30 minutes of facial massage plus some shoulder work, so I did not receive a full hour facial or the compression massage that was part of the package. When I called to clarify, the manager said she could not see the Groupon details on her end and asked me to send a screenshot to confirm what I purchased, even though the voucher had already been redeemed. I also mentioned that some elements typically included in a buccal facial (such as scalp massage) were not performed. The conversation involved a lot of back and forth and felt dismissive. The manager did offer to schedule the compression massage for another time, but after the interaction I did not feel comfortable returning. Also be aware that additional taxes/fees and tip are expected after the service.

Celebrated my wife’s birthday and I couldn’t be any more pleased and grateful with my experience at Eureka Spa. will be returning sooner than later ! Great job and thank you for the tender caring and grace. I feel like a newborn baby from head to toe!

Great massages and facial. I came out feeling light and glowing. My boyfriend adored it. Great customer service and great communication about appointments
