Hi Yerianny, We appreciate your feedback. The New York (NY) state sales tax rate is currently 4%. Depending on local municipalities, the total tax rate can be as high as 8.875%. Other, local-level tax rates in the state of New York are quite complex compared against local-level tax rates in other states. Now when it comes to the tip which is 10% of the original price depends on the number of lashes you are getting which in your case is 140 so the original Price is $160 which is the highest amount. Now as you compare and see the price of our service is very low comparing to the market price and also the time that we spend to install 140 lashes is more than an hour.
