The technician texted me to cancel the appt at 10PM the evening before. She could only take me in 2 days later. She seemed to have other problems in booking because she had one girl who was scheduled very close to my appt time, and was kept waiting for awhile. The atmosphere was not very relaxing. She was talking the ENTIRE time. She had hip hop music playing from her phone, took a phone call during the application, as well as texted. She was a nice girl, it was all very very awkward. The finished product was pretty bad too. The lashes were too long and fake, and she did not listen to what I wanted. The entire visit was a disaster.

Small and clean office. Great laser hair removal service. One of the spa/ facial ladies, that sits at the front desk, is nasty to everyone in the waiting room not there to see her and is hostile towards one of the laser technicians. The other facial specialist is nice.
