Very disappointed on how you guys conduct restaurant service and the type of "quality" food you guys offer for the price. I ordered grapefruit juice, my girlfriend ordered water, the glass had scraps of leftover food in it, asked for replacement, got another glass with the same thing, didnt even bother for a replacement. Ordered the chicken and lamb shawarma, instead i got chicken with eggs in it. Food over all was terrible, only the falafels were edible. We did not even bother finishing the food, ate 1/4 of it and just paid for the rest and left. Your waiters even had the audacity to charge me 18% gratuity on my bill. I do not like to complain and create a seen, I just paid and left, will never recommend or come to this type of restaurant again.

It's weird..they locked me out when I first tried to go it, saying "we're closed!".

There was too much 'fine print' that wasn't even on the groupon - minimum purchase, tip was already added, not applicable to take out - not a satisfied customer.
