I never used this groupon. My information hasn't changed, so I would have appreciated a phone call or email, if you were going to mark it as redeemed. But, I most certainly did not use this on 11.15.17, as noted in the activity.

All oneblowdrybar groupon's that where purchased had received a full refund from groupon or livingsoical. Unfortunately groupon doesn't supply businesses with your information. If they had, we will had gladly reach-out to notify you of the recent changes. The only way an item could have been redeemed, if you had proved us with your groupon number during the booking of your appointment.
