This place is a rip off-they told me that my groupon would only cover one session (even though advertised for 3) and they charged me an additional $400 for two additional sessions. They evaluated my skin and told me that 3-4 treatments of ipl would remove my sunspots. Dr. Kerns treated me the first session and I had zero results (sunspots were not darker and no "coffee grind like" appearance after treatment. I went back for my second session and her assistant took a look at my skin and told me that it looks like I've had zero treatments, she adjusted the laser accordingly and I had spectacular results.when I went back for my third session Dr. Kerns did a horrific job- my skin went from pink to normal skin tone not even 30 minutes after treatment with zero results- they offered me a complimentary session- During the session I advised that I feel nothing and that the strength should be increased and I was told that she had to follow some type of protocol- aka- they don't adjust the laser to the proper strength so that you will need additional sessions and they can overcharge you for said sessions. I called to complain and was told that their LASER DOES NOT ALWAYS PROVIDE RESULTS- Goodbye- I will be contacting the better business bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs. Horrible business owner.

Dear Maria, we are very sorry you did not see the results expected but as you yourself mentioned We Really Tried. You received a minimum 2 Free treatments and had a "spectacular" treatment with expected results with Olga so our Laser Treatments do work. Exposing your skin to the sun can interfere with results and aggravate the condition; in the future, if you choose to do laser treatments you must understand your skin cannot "bathe into the sun" at no given point in time. We wish you the best!
