It's not always the best idea to explore an unfamiliar environment without researching. However, with Pair Wine Tasting's easygoing sommelier-guides leading the way, blindly diving into Hell's Kitchen/Theatre District foodie scene is advisable fun. For two hours, these guides lead intimate tour groups of at most 12 people to two rotating local restaurants and a wine shop. Along the way, you'll taste two wines at each stop (six total), and you'll learn about (and, more importantly, taste) delicious food and wine pairings, each thoughtfully prepared by culinary experts.
