The sales person was racist. She was impatient and was unhelpful when I asked her to introduce products. When I tried to pay for the products, she demanded rudely that I must explain why I have two names-- I put my English name on the membership form, and my credit card is under my legal name. I showed her a number of IDs to show that I am the legitimate owner of the credit card, and showed her another ID that has my English name on it, to prove that I am the same person. She STILL did not believe me. I explained that I was born in another country, & that it is common for people to have two names. She STILL thought I was lying. She was SO racist and I would NEVER go back to that store, ever!

I bought a plasma eye cream that smelled awful, I called the store to see if I could exchange it for something else, and I spoke to the woman I bought it from. She said she would call me back the next day, but she never did (her name was Corinne maybe?). I also got the plasma facecream, which was alright, but I don't see myself returning.
