As the teachers motivate students to break out of plateaus and routines, they offer useful tips and modifications to execute movements correctly. This allows students to get to the next level of their fitness goals, whether that's losing weight, building muscle, or both.
The stylish studio hosts a range of classes for all skill levels. Butt, Thighs & Abs targets common trouble spots, while small-group coaching offers targeted instruction in a welcoming environment. All classes are taught by instructors who have not only years of experience, but also a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
