This was a great experience for my mother and I. The staff were very sweet and professional. We were out in an hour which was even better since we made dinner reservations near by. We made an appointment a day before and we came just in time to be next! We will be coming again!

The service was satisfactory and efficient, as they completed the job in a reasonable time. However, I found the staff to be overly insistent on receiving a tip, which detracted from the overall experience. Considering this, I don't feel the service was worth the price.

On December 10th I purchased a Shellac/No-Chip/Gel manicure from Refresh Nail N Spa. I don't know when the salon changed the promotion. But when I came for the procedure on December 16, the staff said that for this price I could only get Shellac. I was expecting a gel manicure. I did not like it.
