Bought the "60 minute custom massage...with FOOT REFLEXOLOGY." My friend got the same package just without foot reflexology for $10 less.
We had the same exact massage in the same room, but I did not get the foot reflexology. I told the front desk that I paid $10 extra for that service but they argued with me and gas lit me saying I already received it when I didn't essentially stealing from me.
