100% avoid - this is a scam. First of all, it does not state in the fine print that there is a $50 extra charge for numbing and mandatory 18% gratuity. They tell you this after the fact. This place frequently receives terrible reviews and changes it’s name.

This treatment is recommended for sun damage and discoloration on décolletage by dermatologists, and was completely ineffective, maybe even made the skin condition worse, after 2 treatments. Not an inexpensive Groupon, either. Totally disappointed, waste of money and time.

They made me wait for an hour and then realized they forgot to numb me. I then had to wait another half hour for the numbing cream to kick in.
However, Hannah was very experienced in her field. I would go back to her. But I wish post care was a little clearer and they gave recommendations of products.

Lee was considerate and thoughtful addressing certain areas with even more attention to get an impact. Spa is clean and welcoming and each staff member lovely and friendlier then the next, can’t wait for round two and full price when the fall sessions will be scheduled.
