DWR is a great way to exercise without getting injured or aggravating an injury. It is challenging and I feel very relaxed afterwards. Valentin is extremely professional, starts his class on time, and has an excellent sense of humor. During Marathon Week he had us pretend we were running the marathon and we sang along different sections of the route, which he described perfectly. Very creative.
