THIS IS A MISTAKE! Not only was I charged an extra $65 for toner and salon fees (the toner is not mentioned in the fine print), my color looks cheap. Instead of the golden brown hightlights I had requesed, I ended up with bleach bold streaks. The most egregious part, is the "Professional hairstylist" highlighed in the description did NOT blowout or style my hair. I left the salon with a curly dry afro. The "Professional hairstylist," Kevin joked that I looked so good, my boyfriend is going to want to tak me out. Seriously?! I had to throw a hat on my head and rush home to blowdry and straighten my hair.

You know is extra for more coloring services and it's saying on the promotion clairely blow-dry is not included only natural drying

when you came to the salon your hair already have an old highlights with a burning ends and you didn’t say anything in the salon after the job was done, You said you like it and you paid for service and you left.
