About Simon Indian Palace

Simon Indian Palace is let by three experienced chefs – Executive Chef Jalal Bhuiyan, curry specialist Miraj Bhuiyan, and tandoor master Shohag Alam. Together, these chefs created an authentic menu of regional Indian cuisine. The menu features vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers, entrees, biryanis, and tandoori specials, with favorites such as samosas, saag paneer, chicken tikka masala, and lamb vindaloo. Simon Indian Palace purchases all of their produce and meats in small quantities every day from the farmer's market to make sure all of their ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
