Disappointed in the quality of the service. I like the facialist as a person - very nice girl. But my facial was rushed, and she needed to run to the hall to change the water which seemed awkward. I was also cold most of the time.

service was fantastic , unfortunately I did by the package for 3 and have only been able to get 1/3 and I can't seem to get in contact with Krystal I leave her messages back to back and no response. Next month my Groupon expires so hop

The beautician tried to say I didn't book a leg AND Brazilian, despite what this Groupon is listed as. She then refused to give me both, saying she didn't have time, and would not let me do legs OR Brazilian then and there, and do the other half of the treatment at another time. We had 45 minutes as I arrived early. In my experience, this is more than enough time, especially since I don't have much hair. When pointing this time frame out, she said she only started my treatment early "by accident" because I was early and therefore only did my lower legs and Brazilian. She rushed my treatment, and the job was sloppy leaving me with wax all over. She was extremely unfriendly and was rough with my skin (probably because she was taking her anger out on me). This was NOT an enjoyable experience and I would not return to her even if I was paid. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I liked the wax used but she did not wax my buttock when I paid for a Brazilian.
