About Takeshi

Chef Takeshi Soto came to the United States inspired by Gun'n'Roses, with sushi-making as his path to America. He can be found creating masterful Omakase dishes by day, and at a heavy metal concert at night. After studying under masters at NYC's top sushi spots, what began as a means to start a new life in the States, turned into a full-fledged career with the opportunity to share his own spin on Omakase with his guests.

was accommodating to my requests of less rice due to medical concerns as well as substituting another ingredient for one i dont like. i'd love to go agai

The food prepared is very fresh and tastes great. They are unique and skillfully made. Your taste buds will thank you. Chef seems friendly , does try to communicate what is being made. Place is clean and wait staff are friendly. Was worth it , you should absolutely visit this restaurant.
