YG Studios provides clients with the opportunity to connect with in-demand fitness celebrities for rewarding workouts. Check out a few of the high-profile instructors and the classes they lead.

• Courtney Paul has spent more than a decade as a personal trainer. During that time he has worked with numerous high-end sports clubs, such as David Barton Gym, along with celebs such as Tara Lipinski, Dylan McDermott, and Katie Holmes. He currently stars in Bravo's Work Out New York and leads CPXperience, a strength-training and cardio-conditioning class that focuses on a different area of the body throughout the week.
• Irena Meletiou is an experienced dancer, choreographer, and Zumba Education Specialist who has been featured on Zumba Zin DVDs with Beto Perez. It's no surprise, then, that she leads Zumba classes at YG Studios. When she isn't fronting the uptempo, dance-based classes, Irena is presenting at fitness trade shows and conventions or appearing on shows show such as training Today and The View.
• Ray Wallace—AKA Mr. Ray—boasts an impressive résumé. He's the chief fitness strategist and founder of FIT RxN, a Lululemon ambassador, and a celebrity trainer. In his nearly two decades of experience, he's been features in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal and on FitTV and the Discovery Health channel. He's the instructor of The Smoker, which utilizes gliders, battle ropes, and high-intensity interval training to provide pupils with a full-body strength and conditioning workout.
