THIS IS A SCAM. I've used Groupon for YEARS and this is the first I have encountered this. I only gave 2 stars because, at the end of the day, the lady agreed to do my eyebrows and did a fine job. However, I tried calling and stopping by this location multiple times within their business hours listed on their website. They would be closed, and not answer the phone. I even tried to make an appointment for 4:00 one day, and was told they don't take appointments but that I better get there before 4:45 (website says they close at 7:45). When I finally caught them in on try 4, I was told they "don't accept Groupon" and I had to call Groupon to get my money back, but she would offer me a "day of" deal. However, it was past the refund date so I could only get Groupon credit, and I didn't want to pay AGAIN even at a deal price after I had already bought the Groupon. In fact, the Groupon was still available to purchase AT THAT MOMENT, so anyone else could have bought it as well. After some words back and forth, she eventually agreed to honour the Groupon, and pulled out a list to write the validation code down...with TONS of other codes. They must give EVERYONE the run around on this so that they can pocket the Groupon money AND your money. I will not be returning to YUVA.

I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here. They did a wonderful job! A lot of places take off too much on the eyebrow, and even the upper lip didn’t hurt as much as I was expecting. Clean facility and decent parking in the area. Would return!
