never used it was marked as redeemed I bought 2. when I called the owner was rude.

Hello Kathleen, this is Chelsey at Belle Rae Studio. I would advise you to reach out to Groupon customer service as the only way to redeem a Groupon is by scanning the barcode in your Groupon account. I do apologize if any conversation that was had was taken wrong. I would never want to upset a client.

Chelsey was FABULOUS! I showed her a pic of the color highlights that I wanted and a haircut that I really desired and SHE DELIVERED!! I couldn't be happier! I even booked my next appt before I left! She's so friendly and sweet also!! Thank you Chelsey! I HIGHLY recommend her!!
