Ideal Massage Minnetonka, Maple Grove

The Maple Grove office is terrible. After leaving 3 phone messages, I had to go there in person to make an appointment. I had to make the appt. almost a month out. The appointment was later cancelled a few days prior to the massage due to a medical issue with the masseuse. I bought this for my son as a birthday present. He finally got his massage almost 4 months after his birthday, at their Minneapolis office. That was a great experience. I must say I will probably never again buy a Groupon massage. This experience was awful and the Maple Grove office of Ideal Massage should be ashamed of themselves for first their lack of communication and then for their inability to deliver the product purchased.

I had to go there because the one I reqested would not take the groupon . and it was way out of my way . did not have a choice .

When I called to make the appointment, they told me they were not taking the Groupon and forwarded me to Chiro Clinic. I had trouble getting an appointment, I had to wait a month, then the day of they cancelled. I had to wait another month and finally had the message. It was great, but I would not have purchased the Groupon if I knew it was going to be at a Chiro Clinic.

Courtni is simply the best I have found. She has an intuitive sense of just which area of the body needs attention. She is easy to talk to, share issues with and make requests for particular work. An expert practitioner! I have signed up for regular massages.
