An amazing gym and incredible community of members! The workouts and trainers pushed me to my limit at each session which I so needed. Their outdoor space is a dream and the owner is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for everyone. I am sadly moving away from Maple Grove but will probably still come back for the Saturday class because it’s worth it! Highly recommend!

Great gym and the owner, Al, is a great guy that truly cares about his customers. Nice to find a gym in Maple Grove that has a small town feel.

Really enjoyed our first class. The instructors were friendly and made sure we were comfortable with the exercises. The class can be as intense or low impact as you want it to be. We are planning to continue attending.
